Right now, you spend thousands of hours hunting, reading, and extracting information from documents across 50 jurisdictions. By the time the human assessment is finished, the regulatory landscape has already moved on.
This creates a bottleneck that limits the scale and impact of the SUSREG framework.
The Solution: A SUSREG AI Engine with workspace for collaboration
We'll build an AI engine that doesn't just search for keywords. It understands regulatory intent.
It knows the difference between a "must" (mandatory) and a "should" (voluntary).
It builds a Library of Evidence.
When the engine gives a regulator a score, it doesn't just give a "Full Tick." It shows you the exact paragraph, the page number, and the source ID it used to make that decision. It’s defensible, transparent, and fast.
On top of that, we'll build a workspace for you to have a dashboard to view the overall score, add new documents, trigger re-analysis and collaborate with your team.

What’s Included (The Scope)
- The Logic Core: A high-reasoning AI brain calibrated 200+ indicators across the four pillars: Banking Supervision, Central Banking, Insurance Supervision, and Capital Markets.
- Automated Evidence Mapping: For every score, the engine extracts the exact quote and page number. It provides the "proof" so your team doesn't have to find it.
- The Gold Standard Calibration: We use your 2025 Singapore results to "lock" the engine’s logic, ensuring it matches your expert standards with 100% consistency.
- A Workspace UI: Dashboard to view the overall score, add new documents, trigger re-analysis, and collaborate with your team.
- The Manual Re-Analysis Trigger: You upload new documents for any country, and you decide when to run the analysis.
- 1TB Secure Vault: An enterprise-grade storage for evidence library.
- Managed Hosting: We handle the infrastructure and bundle the first year of AI usage up to 500 runs.
Note: A "Run" is defined as a full analysis of a single country across all four pillars.
What’s Excluded
- No Automated Scrapers: We will not build a 'watchtower' to monitor new files in websites. This is high effort because every site is different and the site structure may change. You provide the document URLs or PDFs and we provide the intelligence.
- No Pre-Graded Global Data: We build the engine, your team uses it to analyze the world.
- No auto translation to English: To maintain the highest reasoning precision, documents must be translated outside of the platform before processing.
The Technical Foundation: Privacy & Resilience
- Data Residency: Hosted on dedicated nodes in Germany (Hetzner). Your data stays under strict European privacy standards.
- The Vault: Cloudflare R2 provides enterprise-grade encryption at rest and in transit for your 1TB archive.
- The Brain: A managed Vector Database (Qdrant Cloud).
- Performance: A serverless Neon/Vercel hosting to ensure the workspace is fast for your team in any country.
Agreement Terms & Conditions
1. Investment & Milestones
This is a flat-fee engagement of USD $80,000. To maintain momentum and alignment, payments are structured around progress:
- 50% ($40,000) Upon Signing: For us to initialize infrastructure and begin the AI logic calibration.
- 50% ($40,000) Dashboard and Logic Verification: Due once the engine is calibrated to the Singapore "Gold Standard" and the functional dashboard is delivered.
- Invoices are payable within 15 days.
2. The "Launch Year" Package
We don’t believe in "build and walk away." This $80,000 includes your first full year of operations:
- Full Hosting: All server and database costs covered for 12 months.
- Engine Credits: 500 AI analysis runs (Full country refresh on all four pillars).
- Storage: 1TB of secure, encrypted document storage.
3. Post-Year 1 Maintenance
A flat annual fee of $16,000 begins on the one-year anniversary to keep the engine sharp.
- Included: Next 500 AI runs and all ongoing infrastructure.
- Logic Alignment: We'll include two scheduled 'Logic Alignment' sessions per year. This ensures the AI stays calibrated to any shifts in WWF's internal standards. If the SUSREG framework undergoes a total overhaul, we'll treat that as a new project so we can dedicate the proper resources to it.
4. Mutual Responsibilities
- What we do: We build the engine, the workspace, and provide the AI "brain." We ensure the system is fast, secure, and accurate.
- What you do: You provide the methodology and the source documents for all the countries.

The goal is to eliminate the manual labor of document analysis.
We want to free your team to do what they do best: using data to drive high-level advocacy and real-world policy change.
By signing below, we move from planning to building.
What happens the moment you sign:
- Kickoff: We will issue the 50% kickoff invoice ($40,000).
- Calibration: We begin building the AI engine on your methodology to match the human analysis of your 2025 Singapore results.
- Infrastructure: We spin up the server and database so that you can review the results in the workspace.
- The Shift: Your team stops the manual analysis and starts reviewing the engine's intelligence to build a long-term strategic advantage.
